As an Ottawa born Greek Canadian, this Hip Hop/R&B /Soul sensation Mandia grew up singing and dancing across festival stages in Ontario since the tender age of 8 years old.  This led her to a passion of perfecting her vocals and spending years studying classical and the theory of music. Her talent and strong and powerful vocals led her to reach a spectrum of music lovers much in the same way as her music heroes Celine Dion, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Christina Aguilera have.

As she performed and shared her music on You Tube she garnered the attention of music producers in both Canada and the U.S. which led her to working with some of the top songwriters and music producers in the industry at only the age of 15 years old.

Her first project targeted her own age group and included her hit singles  and music videos “One Last Time”, “Rising Up”, “Secret” and ”Smile”. These were collaborations of Grammy Award winning producers 1500 or Nothin and Songwriter James Fauntleroy (Beyoncé, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake) in the U.S. and Kuya Productions (JRDN, Shaun Desman, Nelly).   All 3 singles had major success on Family Chanel, YTV, Much Music and radio which gave her a fan base not only in Ontario but across the Country. She kept momentum by touring across Canada performing at schools, television shows and even crossed the border to join other upcoming R&B artists like Trevor Jackson and Jacob Latimore.

As she grew into her adulthood her social experiences grew as well as her personality. Her songwriting has flourished and has become witty and more of a direct dialogue about past events, relationships and issues that young females in the industry have to face.  At the same time she uses the advantages of being a female to market herself using fashion and brands promoting to other females her age. She is very active in her social media accounts especially instagram making her a professional influencer. Recognizing the importance of marketing her music on there she promotes her singles through writing car freestyles that get shared across all social media platforms.

Her latest singles are Pull Up which is co-written by Mandia, Luca (Anders) and superstar American songwriter/producer Eric Bellinger. This got a lot of attention from many music blogs as well as a shout out from famous producer DJ Khaled and continues to do very well on all streaming platforms leading to another single “Do It For U” promoted by popular music forum RNBASS.

Mandia is currently working in the studio with Canadian producers to release her next project which she hopes will give her more international recognition and give her a chance to work with other talented individuals giving her the opportunity to keep growing and flourishing as an artist and individual.
